LPG Pipeline Design & Installation

A commercial gas installation is a safety system before it is a convenience. We size the pipework against the connected load, route it where it can be inspected, fit isolation where a kitchen team can actually reach it, and pressure-test and document the whole installation before handover.

How it works

The process

Each stage produces something you can review before the next one begins — which is what keeps surprises off the site.

  1. Load calculation

Every gas appliance is scheduled with its rating so the total and diversified load is known before any pipe is sized.

  2. Routing and sizing

Pipe runs are sized for the load and pressure drop, and routed for inspection and access rather than for the shortest path.

  3. Manifold and bank design

Cylinder bank or bulk installation sized for consumption and changeover frequency, sited per the applicable safety distances.

  4. Installation

Pipework installed with appropriate supports, isolation valves at each appliance and an accessible emergency shut-off.

  5. Pressure testing and documentation

The installation is pressure-tested, leak-checked and handed over with a test record and an as-installed drawing.

Scope

What is included

  • Connected gas load schedule
  • Pipe sizing and routing drawing
  • Cylinder bank or bulk tank sizing
  • Manifold, regulator and changeover assembly
  • Appliance isolation valves and emergency shut-off
  • Pressure test, leak check and test certificate
  • As-installed drawing for your records
Why it matters

What you get out of it

Documented and inspectable

A tested installation with an as-installed drawing is what an inspector, an insurer and your own maintenance team all need.

No under-sized runs

Burners that will not reach full output are usually a pipe-sizing problem, not a burner problem. Sizing against the real load avoids it.

Safe isolation

Valves a kitchen team can reach without a ladder are valves that actually get used in an emergency.
