Custom Manufacturing

The core of what we do. Bring a drawing, a sketch, a photograph of something that nearly works, or a set of site measurements, and we will fabricate to it — with the grade, thickness and joint detail chosen against the actual load and hygiene requirement rather than against a standard catalogue build.

How it works

The process

Each stage produces something you can review before the next one begins — which is what keeps surprises off the site.

  1. Requirement and drawing

We work from your drawing, or produce one from your sketch or site measurements and issue it for your approval.

  2. Material and detail selection

Grade, sheet thickness, frame section and joint detail confirmed against the load case, the cleaning regime and the environment.

  3. Prototype or sample

For batch work, one unit is made and approved before the batch is released. For one-offs, critical details are agreed in advance.

  4. Manufacture

Laser cutting, CNC bending, rolling, welding, grinding and finishing carried out in-house so the schedule is under our control.

  5. Inspection

Dimensional and visual inspection against the approved drawing before packing.

  6. Delivery and fitting

Delivered protected, and fitted on site by our team where the scope includes installation.

Why it matters

What you get out of it

No compromise on fit

A unit made to the space uses the space. A catalogue unit forced into it leaves dead corners that collect dirt and lose capacity.

Specified for the duty

A bench that holds a 60 kg mixer and a bench that holds trays are not the same bench. We size for the real load.

Repeatable across a batch

Prototype approval before batch release means unit twenty matches unit one, which matters for chains and franchises.
