About this project
The chain had lost stock two summers running because units rated for 32°C ambient were installed in stores that reach the low forties. Every unit on this project was specified against a 43°C ambient with an uprated condenser and compressor.
Canopy panels carry the store branding and are interchangeable, so seasonal campaigns do not require touching the cabinet.
Handover included a short session with each store team on set points, defrost cycles and condenser cleaning — the three things that account for most avoidable refrigeration failures.
